No. It is an initial planning tool. Paid packages provide progressively more detailed planning information.

What is the difference between theoretical and purchase quantity?

The theoretical quantity is what the calculation says the project requires. Purchase quantity reflects the actual packs, boxes, lengths or units a homeowner would need to buy.

Does KayzerConWorks replace a contractor?

No. The service helps the homeowner understand and prepare the project. Actual construction, site verification, code compliance and professional responsibilities remain with the appropriate professionals.

Can I use the information when requesting contractor quotes?

Yes. PROJECT is specifically structured to help a homeowner understand the scope, quantities, budget and questions before requesting contractor quotations.
